Chorus.ai is a conversation intelligence platform that helps sales, customer success, and marketing teams capture every meeting to deliver better business outcomes. I joined Chorus in Oct 2019 as a mobile-focused Product Designer tasked with leveling up the existing mobile app experience. Version 2.0 of the app focused on three core workflows for users on-the-go: Browsing through recordings, Listening to recordings, and Coaching on recordings.
The new Chorus app was launched in June 2020, serving as a way for employees to review calls away from their home deskspaces, on a walk, or during a break.
Simultaneously, the mobile framework and associated components that were created laid the foundation for many features that have incrementally been built upon in the app such as sharing, transcript review, call trackers, filters, and playlists.
