Rethinking the Homepage is a conversation intelligence platform that helps sales, customer success, and marketing teams capture every meeting to deliver better business outcomes. In May 2020, I kicked off my first "remote" design sprint focused on designing a new homepage experience for Chorus users on desktop. The homepage aimed to provide relevant content to our many user types, funnel those users into various parts of the platform, and help users better understand the value they can receive from Chorus.

We designed the new Chorus homepage from May 2020 - July 2020 with a focus on two personas: sales reps and sales managers.

Simultaneously, the component driven design has allowed this large behemoth to be deconstructed and built in segments starting with a calendar component. The calendar gives Chorus users the power to stay on top of their calls that will be captured in Chorus while also giving managers a view to stay on top of the team's calls.
